To help you decide which session to attend, the organizers have released a breakdown of which restaurants will be participating in each session (click here). Some of the most creative chefs from across the city are participating in this year’s event and you can’t go wrong with any of the sessions.
This year I’m planning to be a bit darling by choosing the session that I think has the most number of chefs who don’t normally work with bacon. Right now I’m leaning towards the Saturday lunch session because I’d like to see what Jason Im of Jellyfish does and I’m excited by Mark Bernard of WOW BAO. In addition to the chefs’ creations, Whole Foods Market will be sampling bacon, Stumptown Coffee Roasters will serve fresh cups of coffee, Wirtz Beverage will provide cocktails and Revolution Brewing Company will provide the beer.
