Nothing says summer like Tex Mex. Join us as we kick back at High Noon Saloon with some high-falutin' cuisine.

This isn't your average tavern. It's designed by Karen Herold, the artist behind Girl and the Goat, GT Fish & Oyster, Balena, Deuces and Diamonds, and Chuck's Manufacturing. And the food - oh, the food! Executive Chef Rubin Beltran elevates Tex Mex to a new level, and it's no wonder. His resume includes Oak Park's Maya del Sol, Old Town's Adobo Grill, and the world reknowned Topolobombo / Frontera Grill.

Watermelon Salad
watermelon, arugula, red onion, feta, arbol-honey-lime dressing 
 
Guacamole (made in house with avocado, cilantro, onion, tomato and lime)
and Salsas (avocado-tomatillo salsa and morita salsa)

Smoked Taco
applewood smoked brisket, ancho-coffee rub, chipotle bbq, homemade slaw

Fish Taco
beer battered tilapia, avocado-serrano mayo, pico de gallo, pickled cabbage

goat cheese and rajas (poblano pepper, tomato, onion) 

Chicken Tamale
chicken with guajillo salsa
