The Summer Film Series Schedule for Millennium Park

The Summer Film Series returns to Millennium Park’s with a special tribute to Chicago filmmaker Harold Ramis. Running from Tuesdays, June 24 to August 26, Chicagoans and visitors are invited to take a seat at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion or enjoy the show from the Great Lawn. This year’s lineup includes blockbusters, award-winning documentaries, family classics and more.

June 24 - Ghostbusters (PG, 105 mins)

July 1 - Top Gun (PG, 110 mins)

July 8 - 20 Feet from Stardom (PG-13, 91 mins)

July 15 - O Brother, Where Art Thou? (PG-13, 106 mins)

July 22 - Field of Dreams (PG, 107 mins)

July 29 - This is Spinal Tap (R*, 82 mins)

August 5 - The Birdcage (R*, 117 mins)

August 12 - American Graffiti (PG, 110 mins)

August 19 - Dreamgirls (PG-13, 130 mins)

August 26 - The Wizard of Oz (G-102 mins)


All of the films start at 6:30pm.

All films are FREE and made possible by the Millennium Park Foundation. The Summer Film Series is co-curated with the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE).
