Get Your Sweat On in Millennium Park

Don’t miss the last two weekends of FREE Millennium Park workouts. This Saturday and next, head to the Great Lawn with a cup of coffee and let the morning unfold peacefully under the city skyscrapers and curving stainless steel arches of the Pritzker Pavilion.

The Local Tourist checked out the classes last weekend and can attest to the awesome energy that comes from hundreds of Chicagoans breathing (and sweating!) in unison. Plus - it's free! No excuses. Go get your sweat on at the largest fitness class in the city – see you there!

Classes are 45 minutes long:

  • 7am - Tai Chi
  • 8am - Yoga
  • 9am - Pilates
  • 10am - Zumba®
