Beyond the usual Restaurant Week offerings, Chef Bill Kim is hosting an intimate cooking demonstration at bellyQ in the West Loop.
During the special Saturday lunch, Chef Kim will show a small group of people how to prepare and serve three varieties of dumplings... each of which pairs well with a Half Acre Pony Pilsner.
Which is a good thing, because as Chef Kim demonstrates the step-by-step preparation of each dish, you’ll enjoy a chilled pilsner.
In addition to the beer and banter you’ll have with Chef Kim, each dish is served immediately and eaten family-style. Making this one of the fastest chef-to-plate-to-taste-buds transactions you’ll have during Restaurant Week.
The menu includes: beef and cheddar cheese with horseradish sauce, pork and cilantro with Seoul sauce and buffalo chicken with yogurt blue cheese sauce.
