AC/DC To Rock Wrigley Field

Wrigley Field is set to have it’s most celebrated summer yet, and it has nothing to do with baseball.  This summer’s concerts at Wrigley Field already include sold out performances by Foo Fighters, Billy Joel and Taylor Swift…and soon, AC/DC.  The legendary rock band from Australia will rock Wrigley Field on Tuesday, September 15th with their “Rock Or Bust World Tour”.  Former AC/DC drummer Chris Slade will be hitting the sticks while current drummer Phil Rudd deals with personal legal issues.

It’s no coincidence that AC/DC is playing such a legendary baseball stadium.  Their latest album ‘Rock or Bust’ features a song called “Play Ball” , featured in ad campaigns for Major League Baseball.

AC/DC just delivered an explosive performance of their current single “Rock or Bust” and their classic “Highway To Hell” as they kicked off the 57th annual Grammy Awards last Sunday, which marked the Grammy winning band’s first time performing on U.S. television in over 14 years.

Tickets go on sale Monday, February 16 at 10am HERE or by calling 800-745-3000.  Reserved seats will be available for $115/$95/$75/$50 and a limited number of general admission field tickets will be available for $115.
