An “Epic” Failure

Dear Epic Burger,

When it says on your door that you open at 11am, and it’s 11:05, and you’ve got four people waiting, and it’s 12 degrees outside, please don’t walk over with a disgruntled look on your face, turn the key, and walk away. Actually opening the door and welcoming us in out of the cold with a smile on your face, and maybe even an apology for keeping us waiting when it’s 12 degrees outside, might make us want to come back. Even if it is $42 for four burgers, two fries, and two Cokes.
