And he's off! Chef Tony Mantuano at Arlington Park

Quick: what’s the best Italian restaurant in Chicago? Betcha said Spiaggia. Ever since opening in 1984 the restaurant’s been heralded as one of the top culinary destinations not only in Chicago, but also in the country.

The reason for its longevity is the creativity and vision of Chef Tony Mantuano.  You can meet the Top Chef Master and multiple James Beard award winner this Saturday at Arlington Park. That’s where he’s re-creating his pop-up restaurant, Wine Bar Food. Become a Foodie member (it’s free!) and your day at the races is only $35. You’ll get a ticket to the race, seating in the Terrace Cafe, a glass of Prosecco, and a chef-paired first plate, and Chef Mantuano will be roaming amongst you throughout the day.

There are a limited number of spots open, so visit Foodie to RSVP today.
