With a reception that includes Dietzler Farms Beef & Apple Tartare and an entree of Becker Lanes slow roasted pork ropa vieja, Province’s Seedling Farms dinner on November 23 was already a can’t-miss affair. Now they’ve announced the beer pairings from Three Floyds and I’m salivating just thinking about it (it’s after five somewhere, right?):
