Chef de Cuisine Brian Wolters
Born and raised in the Midwest, Chef Brian has been a Chicagoan for the past 12 years. Getting his Chicagoland start at Le Cordon Bleu, he has been applying his culinary degree since 2004 by working in the kitchens of cafes to large catering operations and full-scale restaurants. Chef loves the diversity of both people and food in Chicago, and uses that as his inspiration in the cooking. Chef Brian came to The Ashburn after a two-year stint at The Signature Room in downtown Chicago. His primary cooking techniques are perfectly reflected in The Ashburn’s menu, which fuses the simplistic and approachable with new trends in ingredients and dynamic presentations.
