We have a total of 7 unique spaces (and endless possibilities) that we can offer for private dining events here at Carnivale. All of our spaces are designed in vibrant and energetic décor featuring bright colors and fashion photography. A unique venue to Chicago only, we really make an impression on our guests for a memorable event! Overview of Event Spaces
Venue Buy Out – All spaces of the venue including Main Bar and Main Dining Room exclusively to your group, closed to the public. Plated meals for 500+ (using public and private spaces) or flowing receptions for up to 1000 guests
Main Dining Room Buy Out – Main Dining Room, 3 Salons, Flamenco Room for seating of 340 guests for plated meal, 600 for flowing reception
2nd Floor Buy Out – Seating in two rooms for a maximum of 300 guests, ideal for flowing reception/casino nights
Lambada Lounge – Ideal location for registration/coat check area if using the Samba Room. Also, great for after work receptions! Can be booked short term if available.
Salon I, II, III – Seating for maximum of 40 guests, also great location for food stations, displays, lounges for Venue Buy Outs.
Flamenco – Seating for maximum of 55 guests using upper and lower levels, reception for up to 75 guests. Full bar within space!
Tango – Seating for maximum of 100 guests, or reception for up to 150. Full bar within space!
Catwalk – Balcony overlooking Main Dining room, outside of Tango Room. Can be booked short term if available.
Samba – Seating for up to 200 guests, or reception for up to 300. Full bar within space!
Food & Beverage Minimum
We offer our space with a Food & Beverage Minimum in lieu of any room rental fees. Pricing ranges pending the day of the week, and the minimum is not inclusive of 22% service charge and 10.5% tax. We will customize your menu to your liking based on our Dining Guide, and estimate your total costs to ensure your Food & Beverage Minimum is met and all pricing is approved prior to your event. As I understand budgets are very important, an average dinner estimate is $65++/person.
Plated – group will have predetermined menu with one salad, choice of 3 entrees, and one dessert. Appetizers, shared dishes, additional accompaniments available to enhance the meal.
Family Style – group will have shared platters to offer variety for all guests. Will have pre-selected 4 options for salad/appetizer course, 4 options for entrée, 2 shared dish options, and 2 mini-dessert options.
Buffet – Station set up for guest to serve his/herself. Groups of 25 or more
Heavy Reception – option to have passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations throughout the event space
In addition to our vibrant atmosphere and delicious menu items, we have hosted many types of entertainment. From DJs and Bands, to linen and florals, to performance artists, I’ve worked with a lot of different vendors with my groups. One thing we are now able to host in our Main Dining Room for Venue Buy Outs is Aerial Performances… incredibly unique for any venue in Chicago!
