Chef's Table Explores Indian Cuisine at Bombay Spice

Our next Chef’s Table event takes a culinary trip to India. We’ll be visiting Bombay Spice Grill & Wine in River North.

flame grilled lamb chops seasoned with nine-spice blend

Tandoori Wings

Veggie Biryani
basmati rice, fresh spinach, vegetables and raisins with turmeric, almonds and coriander

Chicken Tikka Masala
tomato-coconut masala sauce with paprika, turmeric, onion purée and ninespice blend

Dessert Flight
rice pudding, carrot halway, mango sorbet
