Chef's Table Invites You to Eat Well, Do Good at Olive Theory Pizzera

Olive Theory Pizzeria is all about making the world a better – and tastier – place. They do the latter by providing the freshest ingredients. They do the former by donating one out of every ten pizzas to help others.

For our event they’re serving every pizza, pie-sandwich, salad, and dessert they offer! It’s all served family-style so you’ll get to try it all.

Pie-Sandwich
All house and BYO (Build-Your-Own) pie-sandwiches/calzones are brushed with Garlic Oil and seasoned with Poseidon’s Blessing

• Italian beef, ham, provolone, red onion, spinach, tomato & balsamic vinaigrette
Hermes’ Hoagie
• Garlic pesto, prosciutto, chicken, red onion, tomato, provolone, lettuce & garlic olive oil
