We haven’t hosted any Chef’s Tables for a couple of months, but now it’s back with a vengeance. Osteria Via Stato/Pizzeria Via Stato is pulling out all the stops. Chef David DiGregorio will be presenting a veritable cornucopia of their offerings, including house cured salmon carpaccio, imported speck, and peppered bacon tavern pizza. The list goes on and the whole event is only $25!
