Upon entering the bustling restaurant, dining guests are welcomed with stellar salsas paired with complimentary, house-made chips. While sipping a specialty “Casa Rita” cocktail, enjoy Cantina Laredo’s signature service: made-to-order “Top Shelf” guacamole, prepared tableside.”

- Carnitas – braised pork shanks topped with chipotle-wine sauce
