EPIC Restaurant‘s Executive Chef Mark Pollard loves creating menus that focus on what’s in season. Each month he’s got a new prix fixe dinner menu, and December’s revolves around chestnuts, and it sounds delicious:
Lobster and Chestnut Risotto Saffron Butter
Blood Oranges Watercress, Feta Cheese, Toasted Chestnuts, Paprika Vinaigrette
Venison Osso Bocco Chestnut Puree, Tempura Broccoli, Grapefruit, Rosemary
- Chestnut Mousse Milk Chocolate Cream, Cocoa Florentine
The four course dinner is available December 1 through December 29 for $48 a person. Add wine pairings and it’s $70 (plus tax and gratuity). If you don’t want to go for the whole shebang you can get each item a la carte.
