CSO Performs 9 Symphonies of Beethoven

Beethoven is one of the most popular and beloved composers of classical music, and the Chicago Symphony Orchestra is celebrating his legacy by performing all nine of his symphonies. They won’t be performed in order, but instead two at a time with the exception of the ninth. An email received from the CSO this morning says the following dates have the best availability:

Before each concert they’ll have explanations so you can learn about the pieces and the master. If you’d like dinner before the show, Rhapsody is offering a German-themed three course dinner.
