Cider Summit Chicago is the region’s largest cider festival, featuring over 150 ciders, including regional favorites and international classics from countries such as England, Scotland, France, and Spain. This is a rare opportunity to meet the cidermakers and importers whose passion and craftsmanship is driving hard cider to unprecedented popularity.
