Join us for an exclusive, intimate, inclusive multi-course dinner with drinks.
Chef's Table Events bring foodies together in an exclusive, intimate setting. Each restaurant we visit takes care to show off its best, and each experience is exquisite, unique and is an ideal way to explore Chicagoland's culinary scene without spending a fortune.
It's baseball season! You know what that means...
But not just any hot dogs. This is a Chef's Table Event, after all. These are "haute" dogs. Dog Haus recently opened in Lincoln Park, and the California outpost is known for gourmet hot dogs, sausages and burgers; premium shakes and soft-serve ice cream; and a beer program that spotlights local brews. Lucky us, we'll get to try it ALL! (Or, at least a good portion of it.)
From Dog Haus:
We’re known for signature all beef Haus Dogs and hand crafted proprietary Haus sausages as well as the 100% genetically tested, humanely raised Black Angus beef using no hormones and no antibiotics - never ever. Another reason dogs, sausages and burgers are special is that we serve them on grilled King's Hawaiian rolls.
Dishes are shared and served family style. The menu is designed to provide an overall taste of Dog Haus' menu.
They've created a "Local TWOurist" menu, that will feature 2 dogs, 2 sausages, 2 sandwiches, 2 cocktails, and 2 beers + TATER TOTS, fries, and onion rings.
Bad Mutha Clucka (chicken sandwich)
Daly Drinker (vodka, lemon, iced tea)
Beers: TBD, because they rotate their taps frequently.
Tickets to this exclusive, inclusive event are only $35 and food, drinks, tax and gratuity are included. Additional gratuity optional. Seats are extremely limited, so RSVP today! No paper ticket required! Once payment is received we'll have your name on the list. Sorry - no refunds or credits if you can't make it, but you can give your spot to a friend.

"If John Steinbeck earned a Nobel Prize in Literature shortly after publishing Travels with Charley, then Theresa should start planning a trip to Oslo, Norway, because Two Lane Gems is every bit the book Travels with Charley was. And then some." ~Amazon review
