Long-time Chicago restaurant vet and world traveler Dudley Nieto puts a distinct global spin on the simple street foods of his native Mexico. Inside Rojo Gusano's two breezy casual, beach-themed locations, Nieto serves-up familiar favorites, with an elevated fusion twist.
At our Chef's Table event we'll explore Chef Nieto's menu, paired with margaritas and sangria. Chef Nieto will be our host for the evening and will introduce each course.
