Roanoke Restaurant will open from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Guests can enjoy holiday dishes created by Executive Chef Greg Elliott including a Thanksgiving Plate for $19 with slow roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, sausage stuffing, cranberries, Brussels sprouts and herb gravy. For dessert, Roanoke will serve Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream for $7.
Roanoke's regular dinner menu will also be available. New seasonal dishes include Roasted Local Beets, $13, Squash Burrata, $17, Polenta and Mushrooms, $15, and Beef Short Rib, $29.
Guests can pair their Thanksgiving dinner with new seasonal cocktails like the Madalle, $12, Cool Hand, $12, Lush 135, $12, Lumber Exchange, $14 and Madison Ginger, $12.
