Chinese New Year: Year Of The Snake
On Sunday, February 10th, Sunda is ringing in the Year of the Snake with sizzling specials from Chef Jess DeGuzman, including: Snake Maki ($18), soft shell crab, salmon, unagi, avocado, cucumber and tempura crumbs; Mushroom Sui Mai ($12), mushroom medley and truffled soy; Hot and Sour Soup ($10), chicken, pork, tofu, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and water chestnuts; and “Off the Hook” ($32), red snapper, bok choy, carrots and xiao xing rice wine sauce.
