Farm Aid 30 Recap

By any measure Farm Aid 30 was a huge success in Chicago.  It was a day filled with great music and growing awareness of the plight of family farmers.  Over the last 30 years Farm Aid concerts have have raised more than $48 million to help fund a variety of programs, including an advocacy network that works to further the cause of family farming.  Head to FarmAid.org to learn more and/or donate.  Videos of performances will also be posted – for now, here’s a peek at many of the artists who voluntarily performed (no artists were paid or even had expenses paid to be there…which demonstrates their individual passion for this issue) at Northerly Island on September 19, 2015:
