Halloween in Chicago is huge.
It’s not quite St. Patrick’s Day huge (because in Chicago, nothing is that huge), but it’s up there. The entire city breaks out the orange and black during the month of October.
When a city loves a holiday as much as Chicago loves Halloween, it can be hard to make plans. There seems to be a party every weekend and there are celebrations everywhere.
