While it’s technically spring, it certainly doesn’t feel like it since it’s cold enough to require an extra layer or two. Still, summer will eventually come, and by the time it arrives you can shed pounds as well as layers. This Wednesday Jeff’s University of Fitness begins a six-week training program that’ll get you into shape and out of those bulky clothes. The class meets twice a week for an hour, and it’s $120.
