Jellyfish is the only restaurant in Chicago that serves its namesake, so it’s also the only place that’s offering a special on National Jellyfish Day, November 3, 2015.
(Yes, today is National Jellyfish Day. It’s also National Sandwich Day. Gotta love arbitrary food holidays.)
Jellyfish’s Chef Hector Marcial has created a jellyfish ceviche made with pickled daikon, lychee, jalapeno, shallots, wonton chips and umeboshi. You can get it today for $10 (regularly $14).
Jellyfish is located 1009 N Rush St and is open from 11:30am to 11:30pm.
