Just in time for spring, Google maps bike routes

Chicago’s home to some pretty die-hard cyclists. You know the ones, tooling around Chicago wearing loads of thin layers and reflective material on even the wintriest of days. I can guarantee they know all about the best streets for two wheels. But what about the rest of us?

Google. First they gave driving directions, then they plotted public transportation and walking, and now you can find biking routes. Simply enter point A and point B, choose “Bicycling” from the drop down menu, and click on Get Directions.

I don’t know how accurate it is, so if you’ve used it and have some feedback, please leave a comment!
