Ah, remember the days when big ol’ steaks were not only accepted lunch fare, but expected? Me neither, but it sure sounds like a great break in the day (followed by a nap, of course). If you agree, stop by David Burke. For $25 you can get a three course meal that could include Lobster bisque, a Delmonico, and a root beer float. Or maybe you’d like surf & turf dumplings followed by a filet and finished up with chocolate mousse cake. The steak portions are smaller, but you can upgrade from a filet to a bone-in and from a sirloin to a KC (for a charge, of course). You can even get a 20oz, 28 day dry aged bone-in ribeye for an additional $18.
