MelodicRockFest 3 is taking over H.O.M.E. (aka House Of Music & Entertainment) in Arlington Heights for three days of incredible live rock. A massive selection of rockers will perform “best of” sets, including Steve Augeri (formerly of Journey), Ted Poley (Danger Danger), Eric Martin (Mr. Big), Kelly Keeling (Baton Rouge, Michael Schenker Group), Glen Burtnik (formerly of Styx),Canadian rock heroes Harem Scarem, House Of Lords, Swedish hotshots Eclipse and W.E.T. (featuring Jeff Scott Soto, formerly of Journey), and local legends 7th Heaven.
If you’re a fan of classic rock you may recognize many names of other rockers planning to join the fun: Chicago’s Mecca will deliver a storming set with special guests Jimi Jamison (Surivor) and Thom Griffin (Trillion), the reformed Adriangale (featuring Jamie Rowe of Guardian), Tango Down (featuring Bangalore Choir & Accept vocalist David Reece), among others. Additional special guests will make their way to the stage in one form or another.
It’s a lot of entertainment packed into a long weekend for a very low price. Tickets for Friday, September 27 are $55 (doors open at 5pm), tickets for Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29 are each $65 (doors open at 12noon both days).
