Dinosaur BBQ is Roaring into Chicago

This last weekend’s Windy City Smokeout introduced Chicago to its newest BBQ joint: Dinosaur Bar-B-Que from Brooklyn. Yes, Brooklyn.

Before you judge these folks for being New Yorkers and East Coasters, you should know that they serve some serious barbecue. So serious that Chicagoans ate every single ounce of jalapeño and pickled onion brisket they brought to the BBQ festival.

Voted “Voted Best BBQ in the Country” by Good Morning America and listed as one of the “Top Ten BBQ Joints in the USA” by Forbes Magazine, Dino BBQ promises to provide authentic Southern barbeque, paired with craft brews from the Midwest.

Dinosaur BBQ plans to open this winter at 920 W. Weed Street in Lincoln Park, next to Joe’s on Weed.

Since 1988, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que (Dino BBQ) has been serving up mouth-watering food and serious suds to thousands of hungry diners craving some of the most authentic Southern barbeque and craft beer.
