To celebrate the last days of our summer heat, Chef Dan Smith at SpritzBurger in Lakeview is hosting an ol' fashioned seafood boil on September 14.
Chef Smith is tapping into his East Coast roots with a seafood boil featuring shrimp, crab, crawfish, littleneck clams, mussels, Andouille sausage, corn on the cob and potatoes – served family style. Classic fixings like coleslaw and cornbread with Tabasco butter will round out the meal with fresh baked pie from two-time James Beard Award winning pastry chef Chef Gale Gand.
The all-you-can-eat meal meal will be served on the SpritzBurger patio and includes two Midnight Moon & Catdaddy Craft Cocktails.
