To help you live the dream, the J.Parker rooftop lounge at Hotel Lincoln is launching a special Sunday-only Liquid Brunch. Designed to give you the perfect Sunday Funday, Liquid Brunch features a DJ, a new cocktail menu, a killer view of the Hancock and Lincoln Park, and lots of bubbly drinks. Because no Sunday is complete without a bubbly drinks!
The new cocktail menu includes whiskey, bourbon, vodka and tequila drinks that would satisfy nearly any palate.
- Retox: Old Forrester bourbon syrup, lemon, cayenne, and demarara sugar
- Man-Mosa: Dickel 8yr Whiskey, Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey, pear brandy, Grand Marnier, Angostura bitters, lemon, and Anti-Hero IPA
- Summer Harvest: Russian Standard Vodka, strawberry, basil, lemon, and rhubard bitters
- Boka Paloma: Casamigos Reposado Tequila, Casamigos Blanco Tequila, grapefruit cordial, and grapefruit bitters
The J.Parker also rolled out a new summer menu with savory bar snacks, such as Peekytoe Crab Beignets (pea shoots, radish, bluegrass soy vinaigrette), mini burgers, and deviled eggs.
Liquid Brunch begins every Sunday 12:00pm. For those lucky enough to have summer work hours, the rooftop opens at 1:00pm on Fridays.
