A Day Of Health And Wellness At Fit To Be Cheeky

It’s summer. It’s Chicago. That means there are no shortage of festivals to attend. However, Fit to be Cheeky, A Wellness, Beauty + Fitness Festival, has something healthier in mind than just a day of the usual eating and drinking.

On Sunday June 22, Fit to be Cheeky will offer an array of outdoor workouts and pampering in Lincoln Park. The day starts at 9:30 AM for VIP ticket holders, who can take in the spectacular views from the J. Parker rooftop at the Hotel Lincoln, while enjoying the benefits of an Equinox led yoga class. VIP members will also receive a gift bag filled with fitness and beauty products valued at over $1000.

At 10:30 AM, general admission ticket holders can get in on the action by choosing from 15 different workouts in Lincoln Park’s Grove 3. The round robin style classes will be led by the likes of Equinox, Shred415 and Om on the Range. There will also be vendors on hand including healthy food from Freshii.

The perfect place to recover after working up a sweat will be across the street at The Get Gorgeous Lounge & Zen Den back at the Hotel Lincoln. Cocktails, food, facials, massages and more await the many festival goers looking to relax.

A portion of the Fit to be Cheeky proceeds will go to Girls in the Game. The Chicago non-profit provides sports and fitness opportunities, as well as health and nutrition education to young girls.

General admission tickets are available for $25 online or $30 at the door at
