Oktoberfest Chicago: Celebrations Around the City & Suburbs

Find Oktoberfest events, from an authentic German festival to the annual favorite. There are lots of ways to celebrate this fall.

The Local Tourist - September 12, 2019

Oktoberfest in Chicago is kind of a big deal.

Any question about the influence the city’s German population has on our culture goes out the window every fall.

Of course, it could also be that we just love craft beer. (We do.) And sausages. (Those, too.)

Check out these uber-awesome Chicago Oktoberfest events and you’ll find plenty of steins to lift and schnitzel to schnoozle. Prost!
