Palmer House Hilton Dresses Up In Pink

This afternoon The Palmer House Hiltonwill change its entrance lights to pink in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month. There ceremony, which begins at 3pm today at the historic downtown Chicago hotel, will honor the Lynn Sage Cancer Research Foundation. Lockwood Sous Chef Val Benner will introduce a special Banh Mi sandwich made with Wild Pacific Salmon and other cancer fighting ingrediates. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of this sandwich during the month of October will benefit the foundation. Guests of the hotel and the restaurant will also be able to order a Pink Ribbon Martini, a cheesecake strawberry concoction.
