Pop In For Dinner At This Pop-up Restaurant

When you’re a culinary student in a city as filled with chefs as Chicago is it can be hard to stand out. Some students have found a way to do just that with a pop-up restaurant this weekend. Washburne Culinary Institute student Fred Noinaj has created Khûin, a series of pop-up restaurants, and he’s being joined by fellow Washburne students Brian Hoffman and Chris Pedziwiatr and Kendall student Gabrielle Novicki. Housed in the delicious pizza space for one night only, they’ll be serving small bites, big bites, and dessert from 6 to 11pm on Saturday. Reservations are being accepted through tonight and they’ll have a couple of tables available for walk-ins.
