W Chicago – City Center, 172 W Adams, is excited to announce the return of its annual summer “No-Swim Beach Party” event series with GET OUT OF THE WATER - Part 2: Cruel Summer. For the 2018 installment of these events, this Chicago hotel will be transforming its lobby area with bonfires, trees, and more to supply Chicago residents and visitors alike with the opportunity to experience adult summer camp without leaving the Chicago Loop.
GET OUT OF THE WATER - Part 2: Cruel Summer, taking place every Saturday in July, will feature everything from movies on the ceiling to game show inspired games for attendees to enjoy.

“GET OUT OF THE WATER - Part 2: Cruel Summer has been developed to make summer camp come to life in Downtown Chicago through décor, entertainment, cuisine and signature cocktails.”
Guests of the GET OUT OF THE WATER - Part 2: Cruel Summer will experience summer camp like never before with a variety of activations and entertainment including adult arts and crafts with adult coloring books, DJs spinning, a scavenger hunt, and rubber duck races.
In addition to this, drag queen camp counselors, tent props, and horror film-themed projections on the walls will assist in creating a summer camp and horror film aesthetic.
General Admission to GET OUT OF THE WATER – Part 2: Cruel Summer is free. Tickets to purchase a Summer Day Pass, which includes unlimited access to the open bar, are $60.00 plus a $5.39 transaction fee.
Those looking to attend all four GET OUT OF THE WATER – Part 2: Cruel Summer parties can purchase a Summer-Long Fun Pass, which includes unlimited access to the open bar and a pair of W Signature sunglasses, for $200.00 plus a $13.20 transaction fee.
