celebrates Valentine's Day all week long with a special 4-course, $33 Valentine's Menu created by Chef Dudley Nieto.  The dinner begins with guacamole and homemade corn tortillas, followed by choice of appetizers including Nieto's new Ahi Poke Tostada -- with tuna, ginger, Peruvian rocoto aji pepper, avocado, lime-crema. From there, select any three globally-inspired taco mash-ups like Korean BBQ Beef -- with kimchi, cilantro, sesame seeds, Chicken Tinga -- with roasted tomato, Morita chile salsa, and Charred Butternut Squash -- with kale, Farmer's cheese, tomatillo salsa, plus choice of four side options.  The meal concludes with dessert selections, including Rojo Gusano's signature Chocolate Tamal -- Belgian and Mexican chocolate flourless cake, steamed in a corn husk, served with vanilla bean ice cream and raspberry puree. The $33 Valentine's Menu is offered nightly beginning Monday, February 12 through Saturday, February 17. Rojo Gusano, 3830 West Lawrence Avenue, Chicago, .
