Strings Ramen rolls-out the ultimate luxury ramen with its new, limited-time-only autumn special: Aki Tokusei Ramen.

Created by Strings' executive chef Katie Dong, Aki Tokusei Ramen features a rich, slow-simmered lobster and tomato base made with chicken broth, topped with super lump crab meat, crispy french onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and a creamy onsen tamago egg, $18.95. For the ultimate, turn it into Surf  and Turf Ramen, by adding tender Filet Mignon slices ($3.95 additional, available Lakeview only) or Duck Breast (no additional charge, available Chinatown only).

Strings Ramen is open 11am to Midnight, 7-days-a-week. Original Chinatown location: 2141 South Archer, or new Lakeview location: 919 West Belmont.
