Rioja Restaurant Week, Chicago 2010

Ya’ gotta love restaurant weeks in Chicago. For some reason they’re never just a week. They’re 8 days, or 10 days, or two weeks, or in the case of Rioja Restaurant Week, 15 days! Not that I’m complaining – just means more time for us to enjoy some great restaurants at a discounted rate!

Through May 27, 31 restaurants in the Chicagoland area are offering $25 lunch and $35 dinner menus, all including a glass of wine. Some of the highlights include The Purple Pig, the new place for porcine provisions, and Province, featuring Chef Randy Zweiban’s American cuisine influenced by Spain and South America. You can find all the restaurants on Tasting Table’s website.
