ChicagonistaLive is a social talk show that’s live streamed once a month. MJ Tam, Beth Rosen, and Nancy Loo share their love of all things Chicago with a show that’s part girlfriends gabbing, part city showcase, and part current events. They also partner with businesses to highlight products they think their audience would love. One of their most recent partners is Flatout Bread, and I was honored to be selected as a #Flatoutlove Ambassador for Chicago.
What’s that mean? Basically I had to create a recipe inspired by Chicago and use FlatOut Bread. For me, that was a no-brainer. I love to cook, and I love Italian Beef. You can’t get much more quintessential Chicago than Italian beef! Using FlatOut Bread makes for a much lighter, yet still tasty, version of the sandwich.
The ladies had me on their October show and shared the video I created of my creation. Part of the promotion was to pick a winner from those who tweeted me with their own city-inspired flavors. The winner was @nissa_isms, and her pulled pork topped with coleslaw is now on my culinary wishlist. She won a $50 gift card and $50 worth of FlatOut Bread products for her suggestion!
Follow #ChicagonistaLive on Twitter to watch the video of the show (at press it was not live yet). Check out the recipe to make your own Chicago-style Italian Beef with FlatOut Bread.
Try it – you’ll #FlatOutLove it!
This is a sponsored campaign on behalf of FlatOut Bread. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
