New to the Chicago Loop is a decadent little café and French sweet shop not to be missed! While they have only been open for a couple of months in this location, they have been in Hinsdale since 1994. I had lunch here with my girlfriends earlier in the week, and did not leave without my fair share of sweets to boot.
First impression is the bright and open space, with a display case showing all of their mouthwatering goodies from mini cupcakes to petit fours and many other French delicacies. Moving down the line you see the specialty salads, baguette sandwiches, and various savories being prepared right before your very eyes. Each employee has a smile on their face and seems genuinely happy to be there which is quite refreshing. You can order to go or seat yourself at one of the café tables or booths.
Toni Patisserie and Café is also known for wedding cakes and signature pastries, all made from scratch with the finest ingredients. You’ll also find a seasonal menu featuring items made with seasonal fruits.
