Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse knows steak and after this week you will, too. It’s Steak Week at the famous Chicago Italian steakhouse, and they’ll teach you about the different cuts and styes of meat. What’s the difference between wet-aged and dry-aged? Why is Wagyu good? Should you try bison? And maybe the most important question of all – what wine goes with that steak?
You can try the special steak week menu at their Chicago, Lombard, or Rosemont locations through Friday, and there’s a different menu each night so you can truly be an expert. On Thursday the Chicago location is hosting Steak 101, a seven course steak and wine dinner presented by Harry Caray’s and L&L Packing Company.
