Roscoe Village is hosting “It’s In The Bag” this Thursday. Stroll the street it’s named for and make a purchase at one of the participating stores to get a bag full of discounts, coupons, and gifts. The event takes place Thursday from 5 to 9pm on Roscoe between Damen & Oakley.
