This Friday is the Witching Hour at Riverview Tavern

The Witching Hour comes early this Friday at Riverview Tavern, 1958 W Roscoe. At 7 p.m. the Roscoe Village beer bar will be tapping their collaboration with Brickstone Brewery, The Witching Hour Black Rye IPA. Riverview’s Pete Faber collaborated with the brewery to create a beer that’s made with midnight wheat and rye malt, and then dry hopped with “monstrous amounts of citra”.

In addition to The Witching Hour they’ll be tapping a few other beers from Brickstone and brewmaster Tom Vasilakis will be on hand. We recently had their Shady Summer American Wheat at our Beers of Summer event, and if that’s any indication, guests on Friday night are in for a tasty treat.
