Thumbs Up for Wave's TLT Restaurant Week Menu

Last night I took my good friend Tammie to dinner for TLT Restaurant Week. Not only was it her birthday, the whole concept was her idea! She’d been dying to go to Wave, so that’s where we went. Now we’re both anxious to go back! The meal started with thin and crispy pita chips served with a feta dipping sauce. Then we had the ricotta gnocchi with seasonal mushrooms and sage-brown butter and the crispy calamari, which Tammie said was “the most delicate calamari” she’d ever had. For our entrees we shared the grilled pork tenderloin and the free range chicken. The pork was sweet, the chicken was savory; combined they were perfect! For dessert we ordered both the roasted apple tart and the dark chocolate cremeux.

The Local Tourist Restaurant Week is going on until Friday, so hurry up and stop in before it’s too late!
