TLC & Stanley 1000 Feet Up

Just when I thought I’d missed my chance to get a picture with the Stanley Cup (this year, anyway), I received an invitation to attend one of his last visits in the Windy City. I joined other press and fans as the cup visited the Hancock Building. The visit was for a shoot on the roof of the building for the Blackhawk’s commemorative photo book. While only Stanley and a few select members of the press were allowed on the roof, I was able to get up close and personal in the Hancock Observatory and join in a toast of their new signature cocktail, The Hawk’s Cup.
