Allie Osmar’s only been in Chicago for a little over a year, but she’s already making a mark. In addition to her work at Edelman PR, she’s created a podcast and blog called The Creative Career. This site is focused on helping other “millennials, generation-Y, twenty-something’s” navigate the sometimes scary and often overwhelming career world.

I met her recently at a birthday party at Crimson. When you work for yourself, almost every event turns into a networking opportunity, and this was no exception! After finding out what I do and how I got here, she asked me if I’d answer a few questions for her podcast.
