Springtime in Chicago is heralded by the carpet of tulips that blanket the Magnificent Mile. Summer is announced when those are replaced by other varieties. But where do all of those blooms go? This year, with you! The Magnificent Mile is giving away all of those bulbs for free! Just be at Pioneer Plaza, 401 N Michigan Ave, on June 4 from 10am to 3pm. They’ll also give you instructions on how to care for them, so you have your own riot of color next year.
