West Town Tavern now – Chicago Taco?

Earlier this week we reported that West Town Tavern closed. After eleven years the restaurant shuttered on Monday. This Friday the space will reopen as…Chicago Taco. According to their Facebook page it’s “a fun, neighborhood joint serving awesome tacos, craft cocktails, beer and wine.” The restaurant is headed by Chef Alfonso Sotelo-Flores, West Town Tavern’s Chef de Cuisine, who created the new menu in two days.
